Raiding Committee · Masters of Trade <GREED>
From first pull to first clear.
The Raid Committee helps GREED members learn, improve, and conquer endgame content in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Our Mission
The Raid Committee exists to make endgame raiding approachable for every member of Masters of Trade <GREED>. Through coaching, progression events, and player support, we help raiders of all experience levels build confidence, improve their skills, and enjoy challenging content without the pressure of elitism.
WHAT WE DO
Teach and coach raiders
We provide job coaching, rotation assistance, raid education, and progression guidance to help members become more confident and capable players.
Host endgame content
From progression nights and Sprout Statics to Extreme mount farms, we organize events that help members experience Final Fantasy XIV’s toughest challenges together.
Support the FC raiding community
We help players find statics, connect raid groups, share resources, and foster a welcoming culture focused on growth, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
WHAT WE DON’T DO
Provide carry clears
Raid Comm does not officially offer Clear-for-One (C41) runs, paid-style carries, or guaranteed clears. Any assistance of that nature is offered by individual FC members, not the committee.
Promote elitism or parse culture
We are here to help players improve, not compete against one another. Raid Comm does not tolerate parse shaming, ranking pressure, or toxic behavior, and only discusses personal performance when requested by the player.
